    Accommodation is provided within the Yoga Center.Shared dormitory style accommodation and bathroom facilities are provided. Men and women will be given separate accommodation.

    vegetarian meals will be provided daily, there will be a hot drink or kanji in the night. The ashram kitchen will not be able to assist with any specific dietary needs

    Flashlight, Towel, Toiletries, Comfortable Footwear, Rain Jacket or Umbrella, Warm jacket or coat, bedsheet, comfortable dresses (during the warmer months)
